We are open with limited capacity. Our waiting room will remain closed. We ask that you please come alone. If a child is unable to receive their service without accompaniment, we will be unable to provide them with a service at this time.
Please limit items you bring with you, i.e. food, large bags. We do suggest you bring your own beverage, as we have temporarily suspended our Aveda tea, coffee and water.
At this time, we are unable to provide any testers including makeup.
Face masks are required prior to entering the building and will be worn for the entirety of your appointment.
Contactless checkout – We prefer credit card payments please.
Upon arrival – Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and no sooner. (No need to call.) Please wait on our front steps and we will greet you. Your service provider will guide you to our sanitizing station prior to the start of your service.
Retail purchases – Please call ahead to place your retail order. We will prepare your order for pick-up. If you prefer to not leave your home, please go to our website, serenisalon.com. For online shopping, click “Aveda”, then “shop Aveda”.
