Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. By arriving early, you will be able to relax and enjoy your experience for the full time allotted just for you. Our staff takes pride in running on schedule. A late arrival impacts their schedule greatly.
If you must cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide a courteous 24-hour notice. Any appointment of $70 or more requires a credit card for booking. If a Guest cancels with less than the 24-hour notice, their card will be charged for half the service. Please understand that our Staff’s livelihood is greatly impacted by late cancellations or missed appointments.
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit Cards, and Sereni Salon Gift Cards. Please note: We can no longer add gratuities to credit cards.
Satisfaction Our intention is that you are completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days (anything beyond that may require additional service charge).
At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our Staff. If you have enjoyed your shampoo and massage treatment, please remember our Assistants. Please note: We can no longer add gratuities to credit cards.
Gift Cards are available in any dollar denominations to ensure the freedom of choice for any Sereni service or product. For your convenience, we offer in-person, phone-in or online purchases. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We love children and they are welcome on the first floor of the salon providing there is a caregiver available and not having a service. Our spa environment on the second floor is not appropriate or safe for children. We thank you for your understanding.
loss of articles/clothing
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We offer robes to protect your clothing.
Sereni Salon is a relaxing environment. Please respect other salon patrons by silencing your cell phones.
returns & refunds
• All packages and services more than 2 hours long will be secured with a credit card.
• Please provide 48 hours for cancellations.
• Gift Cards are good for services and products only, they can not be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable.
• Redos on services must be done within two weeks from the original service.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• To ensure stylist’s availability we recommend you prebook your next appointment.
• We base our prices on stylist’s experience, education and productivity.
• If you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin or Renova, consult with your Esthetician prior to your appointment.
• Two-week return policy on all products purchased at Sereni with the exception of makeup. All makeup sales are final.
