Arrival – Check in at the front desk 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals impacts other guests and our staff greatly. Late arrivals after 10 minutes may limit the service you are scheduled for. The full value of your scheduled service will be charged.
Cancellation/No Show Policy – If you need to reschedule, cancel or change an appointment, we ask that you provide a courteous 24-hour notice otherwise, we will charge your credit card for half of that service. Any no-shows will be charged for the full service. All services require a credit card for booking.
Payment – We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit Cards, and Sereni Salon Gift Cards.
Gratuities – At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our staff. We ask that gratuities be paid in cash or by using our Tippy terminal for direct deposit to the staff. There is afee for using Tippy. We no longer apply tips to credit cards using Sereni Salon’s point of sale system.
Guest Satisfaction – If your service does not meet your expectations, please tell us! Call the salon within one week of your service. We would be more than happy to make any adjustments. Your happiness is very important to us. If you are not loving your product purchased, after 2 uses we invite you to return the product within 30 days of purchase.
Gift Cards – Gift Cards are available in any dollar denominations to ensure the freedom of choice for any Sereni service or product. Online gift card purchases are available at serenisalon.com. Gift Cards are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash.
Children – Services for children are full price. Children are expected to be respectful to our stylists as well as other guests.
Personal Articles – We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We offer robes to protect your clothing during all of our services.
Cell Phones – Sereni Salon is a relaxing environment. Out of respect for other guests please refrain from using your cell phone, with the exception of texting or emergencies.
